Spoon Dance (2008) was performed at 425 in Kent, Ohio for the duration of 10 minutes.

Wearing a spoon adorned costume/instrument, I began making rhythmic movements to create sound. These movements gradually increased in intensity until spoons began to dislodge from the costume. My goal was to encourage the audience to use the shed spoons to participate, not only as an experiment in sound creation, but also with felt rhythm and co-created experiences.
